So after 2 weeks my herb garden is coming along just fine. Each of the herbs I've planted have at least some seeds that germinated. The best seems to be the basal, then thyme. The cayenne pepper seedlings just started to poke out of the soil, and I have like 3 dill seedlings. I think I've planted too few dill seeds.. doh. I think another week or so I have to start looking for a real pot for the herbs to sit in...
